Bicycle Service FAQs
No. If you opt for our BikeChimp GO home bicycle service, we will go to your home to service your bicycle. Otherwise, if you book an appointment for repair in our shop, please bring your bicycle down at the selected appointment time.
Yes. We will not refuse walk-ins. However, there may be a wait time for your bicycle service as our mechanics may be busy with an upcoming appointment or have a heavy workload upon your arrival.
Yes. You can book our BikeChimp GO home bicycle service for a mechanic to visit your home to work on your bicycle.
Yes. All parts are authentic and brand new - money back guaranteed! Certain vintage bicycles or model of bicycles may require discontinued parts. If required, we may source used parts for such bicycles and these parts will be transparently identified as used to you.
Yes. We will provide the components required for your bicycle service accordingly. You do not need to source for it on your end.

Bicycle servicing typically takes between 30 minutes to 90 minutes, depending on the scope of the work. Our mechanics will provide you an estimate accordingly before starting work.
Appointment is not compulsory for repair in shop. However, we do recommend you to make an appointment, so we can ensure we have the right components for your bicycle servicing to save you from a wasted trip.

Yes, simply send a message and we can do a quick check for you. However, if you are just 10 minutes away, we do recommend you to just walk in since you would have reached by the time we finish our conversation.
Pricing / Payment FAQs
As much as possible, we purchase parts directly from manufacturers, bypassing Singapore's local traders. In addition, our mechanics are highly trained and more efficient, allowing us to keep our prices competitive and bring the extra savings to customers.
No. We do not charge GST, so you will not be eligible for a GST refund. All prices are net price.
Yes. Reach out to us for an e-copy of your receipt.
You only need to pay after the servicing is complete.
We accept Cash (only in shop), PayNow and PayLah. We prefer PayNow / PayLah. Prices are transparent, no hidden fees.
No fix, no fee. We will not charge a fee if no work is done on your bicycle.
